In 1984 while attending college in Boston, a friend of Patricia's told her "yoga is good for you" - LOL! Despite her initial hesitation, she was intrigued with this ancient practice. After completing her first yoga class, while she noticed significant physical benefits, that was the extent of what she gained from her initial steps down this path. Fast-forward 15 years later while living in Warsaw, a practitioner introduced to Patricia meditation as a tool to manage anxiety. Patricia's practice during the next five years after moving to Mexico expanded to include yoga movement. The art of body poetry was much like the emotional joys and challenges of raising her 4 children. Her journey brought her next to the Netherlands where she was taught yogic breath work while healing from a physical setback. She continued learning and moving! Where finally in Germany, as a student of yogic philosophy, she heard her own heart echo. The penny dropped. The pieces fell into place. All the steps built on one another over the years allowed her to fully embrace and embody yoga as she does today. Her path is unique and it shows in the practice she shares.
After 28 years living abroad, the wisdom of yogic teachings would to bring her back home to herself and back to the states. Patricia moved to Florida and opened Boynton Yoga Wellness to share all she learned on her path to help others achieve their own joy on their own journey. She focuses on Anusara-inspired yoga alignment principles and also her global experiences with students, both on and off the yoga mat. As a mother to 4 children, sister to six siblings, former teacher and lifelong volunteer, Patricia's yoga classes include a combination of the yoga practices through which she learned to live her life: poses, meditation breath work and philosophy.
She remains indebted to all of her yoga teachers and also those soul mentors who helped her open to grace. Patricia's enthusiasm and passion guide her students throughout safe and fun classes all with a wide smile, dimples and a twinkle in her eye that show the joy she gets from sharing the art of yoga.

For nearly 20 years John brings the heartfelt gift of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Yoga to others.
The notion of being a yoga teacher and yoga therapist never crossed John’s mind when he began his first yoga class in July of 1997. His father had passed away four months prior after a painful two-year struggle with cancer, John had completed his MBA after seven years of night school, and had changed jobs as a high tech manager. He suffered from a great deal of stress, emotional pain as well as a nagging pain in his lower back. Over time he found that he experienced less stress and greater flexibility as his yoga practice deepened, but he wanted to learn more about yoga's therapeutic benefits.
Fast forward to early 2001 and John began reviewing options for formal yoga teacher training and signed up for the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy training program based on the recommendation of his yoga teacher. From the moment he started the training, he immediately gravitated to positive changes that came from both giving and receiving Phoenix Rising sessions. When he completed the Phoenix Rising training and in 2002 his 200 Teacher training from Kripalu, he realized that he finally verbalize and cope with his sorrow surrounding his father’s death and recognize that his lower back directly related to this grief. John listened to his inner wish to work and travel overseas and as a result lived in Germany and Switzerland for nine years and offered yoga therapy sessions there.
John is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and a RYT-200 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Tracy's professional experience connecting with people began in talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership in the corporate world. Her roles ranged from recruitment for large national organizations to vice-presidencies in highly-reputable healthcare firms. While she thrived in these positions, her innermost intuition always urged her to serve herself and others in a deeper way. She knew it was time to step into her fear, find her power, and live in an extraordinary way. For Tracy, that was achieved by becoming a Certified Life and Leadership Coach. Her innate gifts of connection, intuition, and inspiration defined her destiny – to support individuals and organizations in becoming extraordinary, however that is defined by them.
She is no stranger to challenge and triumph. She lost her mother tragically at the young age of 24. She became a single mother at 28 and had to rebuild Herself and Her career. She then found the love of her life and has worked mindfully and relentlessly to blend their families. The people in Tracy's life would always comment and joke, “She’s Wonder Woman” – but really she just knew something. She knew that she could be imprisoned by her external life circumstances, or could be empowered. She could choose victim, or She could choose warrior. She could react, or She can respond. She learned that life is about choice. All about choice.
It is through this belief that Tracy chose to become a Certified Professional Coach through the highly-accredited IPEC Coaching School. In learning about Core Energy Coaching™, she was inspired to earn a secondary certification as a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership. Talk about a mind-blowing way to learn about yourself.
Above all, She is here for you. She is here to listen, to guide, to be your cheerleader, to call you on your bullshit, to be your sounding board, your facilitator, your partner… and ultimately to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be…while experiencing more happiness along the way.

Felice, sometimes lovingly referred to as “Earth Mother” by her co-workers at the office, has been studying nutrition and health for close to 30 years, mostly to investigate the causes of her own health issues and driven by an insatiable need to heal them. Since the age of 15, when Felice was diagnosed with “IBS”, she began to study and experiment with many nutritional practices and studied how food and emotions affect the body.
Felice graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, and has worked in design for many years as she has continued to study natural and nutritional health and wellness on her own time. She was very “healthy” on the outside; working out and staying active, but still having major sugar cravings, loving her sweets and experiencing several digestive issues. As co-workers commented on foods and health practices she was doing, and seeked advice regarding health and wellness, she continued to delve deeper into her studies. In 2009, she graduated as a RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher, and began to share more of what she had learned. After working with a Health Coach herself in 2012, she learned to naturally release sugar cravings that had trapped her for so long and incorporate new foods into her diet. She studied more nutritional theories and worked with with several practitioners to help develop the emotional components of well-being.
One day a friend suggested she might want to help others “officially”, knowing Felice has helped friends, family and co-workers with their wellness. She decided to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, an intensive integrative health and nutrition program, studying over 100 dietary theories, as well as lifestyle as it affects our health and well-being, and coached many fellow students.
Now, Felice lives and coaches in Florida, and also coaches remotely. She also teaches workshops to share how to live a healthier, fuller life in a healthy and fit body. Felice’s current focus is on women’s and men’s health with an emphasis on the impact of a stressful lifestyle and mind-set on health, weight, food cravings, willpower, disease, and hormone imbalances, as well as reducing dependence on medications. She helps clients feel empowered to create a practice of self-care in their own unique ways.
