Do you offer Unlimited Monthly Class Specials or Groupons?

At this time, we do not offer unlimited class specials or Groupons. In order to maintain a more personalized experience for you and other students, single classes can be purchased at a walk-in price or you can take advantage of our multiple class pricing specials. How do I sign up for a class?

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes. Call us to purchase our custom designed and beautifully presented gift certificates for friends, family and co-workers.

Do I need to have my own mat?

As part of our yoga concierge service, we provide and set up a yoga mat and related props (blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters & chairs) in advance of your class. After class, we also take care of clearing the space again so you can simply reenter your day feeling energized and relaxed. You are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat and accessories.

Which class should I take?

The appropriate class for you depends on your experience level and health. Contact us for a free appointment to discuss the best class for your needs and goals.

How early do I need to arrive before a class?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Let us know if you may arrive late. Due to limited space, walk-ins will be given standby placement.

What do I wear to class?

It is recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Can I eat before class?

We recommend eat a light snack or meal 2 hours prior to a yoga class.



Boynton Yoga Wellness classes and workshops are offered on a first-come basis. When you register for a class or workshop, Boynton Yoga Wellness makes a commitment to you to “hold your spot” therein. Your registration also affects our decision to hold or cancel a class.


Need to change your reservation? No problem, we get it. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time by canceling online, sending text to (561) 455-6342, emailing or by the using the Contact Form. When you cancel a class at least 24 hours in advance, we will return the applied class credits in full to your account. Credits are not transferable and do not expire.


While class credits do not expire, no refunds or exchanges are offered for purchases of semi-private and private Yoga classes, class promotions, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions, gift certificates, gift e-cards, and events.
